Tv aberta nao funciona

Ola, adquiri um tv com sistema rokutv mas desde que comprei nao funciona a tv aberta aparece a seguinte mensagem, "um erro impediu a tv aberta de funcionar corretamente. Para corrigir esse problema, acesse a tela inicial e em configurações, sistema selecione atualização do sistema". Minha tv ja está atualizada, pois fiz o processo varias vezes e aparece que o software esta atualizado. Me ajudem por favor. Obg
