I have a weird issue with my TV. I assume it was an update that caused it. I have Paramount + with showtime and local streaming paid for and verified by Paramount. I use the standalone Paramount + app. I DO NOT USE THE ROKU PARAMOUNT APP.
Everything worked fine until I came home from work and discovered I could not stream my local CBS Pittsburgh KDKA stream. I also noticed my TV automatically switched to central time. I corrected to eastern and tried all of the solutions to get back my local affiliate.
I reset to factory and every time it comes back it defaults to central time. I have Paramount on my iPhone and my laptop. Both are on the same network at home and both can connect to paramount and I can watch my local affiliate.
I have also contacted Paramount phone support and had my Paramount account reset. I signed out of Paramount on all of my devices and then uninstalled the app on my TV. After that is when I called Paramount and had my account reset. Then I reinstalled the app and still no local streaming.
This is directly related to the TV itself. How do I make it recognize that it is where it is time zone wise. It's almost as if it's stuck on central time zone no matter the setting for the zone.
