This Old House before Seasons 39

Hope you can help
 
I purchased a ROKU device to watch This Old House
 
I have watched seasons 42 to 39 without issue.
 
I am now trying to watch season 38 and it wants me to Subscribe
 
I thought that ROKU had purchased and made available for free all seasons of This Old House?
