The Roku Channel update

I get this message when trying to launch The Roku Channel, There's an update waiting for you.

I tried to update and no update available, i uninstalled and reinstalled same message.71840612_10157645122296834_688064867604627456_o.jpg

@Mazz Thanks for the note.

Please try checking for a system update once more in Settings>System>About. Your device should receive the latest Roku OS update. Once it reboots, check for a system update once more, then try launching the Roku Channel again. That should do the trick!

Please try checking for a system update once more in Settings>System>About. Your device should receive the latest Roku OS update. Once it reboots, check for a system update once more, then try launching the Roku Channel again. That should do the trick!

Roku channel says it needs an update, but I still have the issue after running update and factory reset.  This is in guest mode.  Normal mode does not show the Roku channel.

I'd be happy to take a closer look to see how we can help get you up and running.
A few questions here to better understand what you're experiencing:
1. Are you using a Roku TV or a Roku device?
2. Does the issue only occur on a specific channel or all channels on your Roku device?
3. Are you receiving error messages or codes when accessing the channel?
4. How long has the issue been occurring?
5. What are you seeing on screen? Can you provide a screenshot of the issue you are experiencing?

In addition to your troubleshooting steps, we recommend trying to remove the channel, update the Roku device by going to Settings > System > System update > Check now, restart your Roku device, and add back the channel.
