Why does Roku have that weird graphic of a spaceship when I select the Roku Channel? Please get rid of it! It is distracting as it flies across my TV screen. Bad idea and I do not know why it is there.
Hi @Redgirl99,
Welcome to the Roku Community!
Thank you for your feedback regarding the spaceship graphic that appears when you select the Roku channel from your Roku Home screen. We will inform our Roku team about this. In the meantime, could you please provide us with a photo of the TV screen when you saw the graphic? We would like to examine it more closely.

I have the Roku Channel APP on my streaming device attached to my Samsung smart TV & it worked just fine until the last week. Now, none of the programs play. It just keeps buffering & finally, I get the error message: "Unfortunately, we were unable to play this content. Please try again later. " It has a "back" box below the message to click on. This happens on all the programs I pm click on. What's wrong with this app?
