I am trying to change my subscription to a different subscription however, whenever I try to manage my account, I keep getting a message saying "It appears that this TSN account is being used with a different Roku Account. This is the only Roku account I have, how can I fix this?

If you signed up for a subscription directly through the streaming service, you must sign in with the username and password you created for that account.
