Channels & viewing

When I open the broadway channel it turns black an goes to the roku home screen, and we really want to watch free broadway musicals on demand but it wont work, we tried restarting our device and updating the app, and deleting and redownloading it , nothing works!!. Any help??

I am not exactly sure how this Channel/app works ("The Broadway Channel"), because as you indicated, it is having issues launching.  It is not your device, there is an issue.  (Tested on a RokuTV and Ultra 4660).

Best place to start is by contacting the Channel developer at https://www.broadway.com/ and let them know an issue exists with launching their Roku Channel/app.   (https://www.broadway.com/contact-us/)

Did notice some other similar looking Channels/apps like "BroadwayHD" and "Broadway on Demand" that may appeal to you.  Both have Channels/apps in Roku Channel Store.
