We switched to Tmobile home, which uses cell networks for internet access. Hulu said I was not at home and asked if I wanted to make this my new home. I said yes, now my live channels are gone.
You will probably have to get Hulu involved. The problem with cell phone networks is that you get an IP address that could be identified with pretty much any location in the country (if not out of the country). Your location is identified by your IP address. Try one of the location services to see where yours is locating you.

Hulu + Live TV uses your IP address to provide locals. Has nothing to do with Roku.
