Still no HDR on Paramount Plus on Roku, but works fine on Firestick

Is anyone looking into the HDR no longer working for Paramount Plus? Worked fine for a long time but around the time of the new update it stopped. I know I am not the only one.  Several people on AVS forum have this problem.  I am using two brand new Roku's and it worked fine up until couple weeks ago.  I have the Ultra 4800 and 3941R. I am on 10.5 also on both.

Thanks for the post.

Can you please specify the issue you are experiencing? Can you please provide us the following information:
-Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-does this issue occur on a specific channel? if so, what channel and what version/build is the channel (this can be found be selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button)
-tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
-steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing
-screenshot of the issue

With more detailed information, we will be able to assist you further.

Issue:  this channel on Roku is supposed to have HDR for the content that is in HDR...this channel did have HDR up until about 2 weeks ago, now there is no HDR on shows that say they are in HDR...I have two roku and same issue with both.  Sone of the content that says it is in HDR and was in HDR before 2 weeks ago includes "Infinite" and "Star Trek Discovery" and "Paranormal Activity Next of Kin".  If you look you will see these titles and others say they are in HDR on the info screen but are not playing in HDR which I confirm with the TV settings.  Many others have told me they have the same issue.
