Starz app account question

If I'm going through roku for the starz app can I use the normal starz app on my phone and if so what would my login info be because it's not my roku stuff

If you're paying for it through Roku then you can only use your subscription on a Roku device.  That's why it's always better to subscribe directly through the provider (i.e,, Starz).  You may be able to view it through The Roku Channel app/website on another device, but I'm not really sure.
