Sling channel problem not being fixed

Who still is haveing a problem with sling channel spent over an hour on the phone with the people form sling it is  on rokus side that the problem is and I have tried all the suggestions that have came up and nothing works

Did you restart your Roku device/TV before re-installing the channel? That step is crucial when performing the troubleshooting. If you haven't tried the suggested order (remove > restart > re-install), we would recommend giving it a shot once again.

Yes I have tried multiple times the channel will load but when you choose something it will come up with error for loading content and says to change channel or reload and it continue to not work

We suggest you run a quick update on your Roku by going to Settings > System > System update > Check now. Restart your Roku and try again.

If the issue still persists we suggest contacting the channel developer to assist you further with your concern.
