Sign in glitch on mobile app

I try to pull up channels on the tv and it says “error please try again later”, so then I downloaded the app and linked it to the tv. When I try to download any app/channel from the app it makes me sign in and says “Account does not match: you are logged in as *insert email* which is not the account for Roku Device. Please sign in to complete this operation.” and when I go to sign in it’s just an endless loop of me signing in without doing anything.

What's the email address that shows on the Roku device under Settings->System->About?  Does it match the email address you're using on the app?
