Shouldn't I be able to install YouTube-TV on my new ROKU?

I have had YouTube-TV since it was launched two years ago and we have watched it exclusively on Roku streaming devices. I just installed a new Ultra X63 and I am not permitted to download and install it. I believe that is OK under the new regime?

During the configuration of the new Roku, I was given the opportunity to get my previously subscribed to channels and YouTube -TV was among them. I believe I had to install the YouTube first, but I am not sure. In any event, it works great and I am really pleased. Thanks, Roku.
