@RokuKariza-DThis issue has not been resolved. I just attempted adding a channel minutes ago with a code and I'm stuck at the captcha. I pass the captcha test and then click the "add channel" button, the page blinks and nothing happens.
Can't add any channels with channel access code from computer or phone. No channel install error. It just stays on the "add channel" with channel code screen. When you put in the name of the channel and check "not a robot" box the "add channel" button just makes the "not a robot" box uncheck and stays on same screen with channel code still visible.
I got the same thing happening to me since yesterday morning it's now been over 24 hours no help from customer service I'm about to chuck this **bleep** thing... This company is a joke ....or maybe we are the joke and Roku is laughing all the way to the bank.
I STILL can't add a channel by using a code. The problem is NOT fixed, at least not for me. I've tried all the steps you've suggested but nothing changes. I click on "Submit", the screen blinks and I'm still at the same place. I've done system updates, resets and power downs of the unit. Nothing helps. What else can I do? This is getting a bit old.
I am still unable to add channels to my Roku device. After attempting to add, I checked the available channels on my device & they were not there. Also I’m not if others had this occur or not, in my case, after agreeing to add channel, checking the captcha box, then selecting to add, it returns to the add channel page.
I cannot currently add any non-certified channels manually using codes on roku.com - tried on multiple browsers. The Captcha seems to be working, as it works for login, but when after typing in the code, completing the Captcha, and pressing the button, it just stays on the same screen instead of adding the channel.
