Second Roku device doesn’t show Disney+

Second Roku device doesn’t show disney+ as a choice though I already subscribe to it and it’s on my first Roku device. Help.

Disney says they wrote their Disney+ channel app to be compatible with the Roku models listed below. (Data current as of 25 September, 2021 version of reference page. See reference below for updates.)

You can check your model and model number via Roku menu path Settings > System > About

Supported Roku models:

• Roku LT (2700X)
• Roku 1, 2, 3, 4
• Roku Express, Express+
• 4K Roku Premiere, Premiere+
• 4K Roku Ultra, Ultra LT
• Roku Streaming Stick
• 4K Roku Streaming Stick+
• 4K Roku Smart Speaker
• Roku TV

Note: To play 4k Ultra HD and Dolby Atmos content, you’ll need to have compatible display and sound systems.
