Search on PC or Mac, Play on streaming TV?

New user here. I'd like to be able to search for a movie and buy it on Amazon Prime, using my Mac or PC, and then watch it on TV using the Roku streaming stick. Is there any way to do this?

Yes, it is possible to search for a movie on Amazon Prime using your Mac or PC, purchase it, and then watch it on your TV using the Roku streaming stick. Here are the steps you can follow:

  • Open your web browser on your Mac or PC and go to Amazon.com.
  • Sign in to your Amazon account and search for the movie you want to purchase.
  • Once you have found the movie, click on the "Buy" or "Rent" button to purchase it.
  • After you have completed the purchase, turn on your TV and switch the input to the HDMI port where your Roku streaming stick is connected.
  • On your Roku device, navigate to the Amazon Prime Video channel and sign in to your Amazon account.
  • Once you are signed in, you should be able to access the movie you purchased and start watching it on your TV.

Note: Make sure that your Roku streaming stick and your Mac or PC are connected to the same Wi-Fi network for this to work.
