I hear you! But Roku don't care about viewer's. I've complained in the past with NO response.  Roku just don't care.

Kash, Warm welcome? Viewer's complained about the screaming and same commercials over and over. Kash, you say "rest assured " when Roku does nothing about it. So the rest assured just means nothing! Roku just don't care..

Hi, have you read the responses for Roku moderators? It's just like the commercials,  same response over and over. They will do nothing about it.  Thanks Roku for NOT listening to your viewers.

They actually did help with the screaming. There was a volume balancing setting I was unaware of. Made it so commercials were the same as my show volume. I don't remember how to get to the setting now, but it worked. Check back on the thread and maybe the directions to balance the volume are still there?

I literally HATE your commercial with people screaming! It’s obnoxious and I turn off the volume. PLEASE-get rid of this commercial-it literally gave me a headache. So…it surely can’t be helping you.

I, myself find their screaming ads stressful and disturbing. I now have to put the tv on “mute”, look away to avoid anxiety, and wait a minute before returning. Who the heck approved these?!? Please, take these down!

I am in full agreement. Please remove the screaming commercial. It is quite harsh and harmfully stupid. Surely you can do better than that

There appears to be multiple versions of these screaming ads.

This is what happens when you legalize certain substances.  I am certain it seemed funny to them as a cloud of smoke passed over their heads.  I can think of no other reason.

I totally agree!  I have to mute every Commercial break because of these vile commercials 😑 kicks my anxiety into overdrive!

I just hopped out here to complain about this screaming commercial.  I find it angering and annoying and have decided NOT to replace my other TV in my RV with a roku like the other two I have.
