Daily Documentary channel does not work at all. All you get is the channel downloaded and that is it!!! I was so disappointed that it would not work because it has the type of historical documentaries I like. Paid for a subscription also.
Everyone should read about the channels before you download and pay for a subscription. I will do this from now on.

In some cases, removing the channel and then re-installing it may help. To ensure the process is successful, follow the steps below making sure you restart your Roku device before adding the channel again.
If after attempting the suggestions above, you are still unable to play videos from one channel while videos from other channels play fine, contact the channel provider's customer support team to report the issue and get help.
