SN NOW not found on my Ruko device

I have a subscription for the sports streaming service SportsNet NOW. Why can't I find it on my Ruko Streaming Device #SN NOW

For more information about that channel's availability and functionality, you'll want to contact the channel's customer support team to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

On this Sportsnet Now page, it says SN Now is available on "iPhone, iPad, as well as Android mobile and tablet devices".  No mention of Roku or other streaming devices.
