Roku no longer follows programs on Hulu

Hello:

     I have a Streaming Stick+, updated to software version 11.0.0 around May 12.

    Since about that time, Roku no longer follows programs on Hulu,. 

     Netflix?

     Disney+?

     Prime Video? 

     All good.  

    But programs I know are on Hulu - I checked - don't show up under "My Feed".

     I haven't changed any Settings other than the Theme and Wallpaper.

     Any idea what's going on?

I never use "My feed" in Roku. No reason to. If your watching something on Netflix it is saved there. Same with Prime, Hulu and Disney+. You don't need your Roku to tell you this. It is right inside each channel in itself.

Might have been a decision of Hulu to no longer allow Roku to track programs within their service. Roku can only do it with the permission of the provider. You might contact Hulu and ask them if it's supposed to still work, but be warned that phone service agents don't always have accurate and/or up to date info available to them.
