My company is using TCL TVs with buiting Rokus to display slides stored on USB thumb drives. The current slideshow is 13 slides long, all .jpg files. But only 5 of them are being displayed. It looks like just 5 slides pulled at random, and not even in order. We've been doing this for years, with much longer presentations without any problems.
I've checked the drives on my computer, tried reformatting, tried a brand new drive, and did a factory reset on the TV.
