I'm trying to add a channel but it's saying my pin is invalid even though it's not. What do I do? I haven't been able to find a solution I didn't already try. This is my last resort, literally. Please help?

We'd like to know more about how we can help. When you go into the account settings of your Roku device through Settings > System > About, are you using the same email that is shown?
