Roku Ultra stopped playing Amazon and Disney, Netflix and youtube still work
Roku stopped connecting to Amazon, Disney, Xfinity, but still works with Netflix, youtube, etc. Did the factory reset on the Roku and router reboot, and uninstalled the apps that wouldn't connect. No change. I do notice a constant reminder to get an SSD card. other than that nothing has changed. Any ideas?
We typically recommend a factory reset on your device as a last resort. Did you try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channels back once more.
