When you created your Roku account, did you also "Factory Reset" this RokuTV that came with the house?
Meaning, did you setup and activate your RokuTV using this new Roku account? (ie. can't just turn on the RokuTV and start using a Roku account created online.)
Trying to figure if you are new to Roku or have setup Roku devices/RokuTVs before.
Is your correct Roku account (email address) showing under Settings/System/About on the RokuTV?
