Channels & viewing

I can't even watch Roku Channel on either of my Ultra's.   Updated the firmware on both but still problems.   Anyone else having trouble playing multiple channels?   Might just be my region which is Metro Milwaukee WI.

@ad34754932, when you have multiple devices not working on multiple channels/apps it points to some kind of network problem.  Try restarting everything involved - gateway/modem/router and Roku devices.

Hi, yes I rebooted everything.

Are you still having problems?  The next thing to try to rule out network issues is to connect to an alternate network like the hotspot on your phone, if possible.

When I got home last night, the problem remained on living room Ultra so I tried another Ultra software update.  It updated a bunch of channels then after a reboot of Ultra all works as normal again. 😃
