DIRECTV STREAM will pixelate for 15 seconds or so with every tv channel change. Not sure if the issue is in Roku OS or DIRECTV app.
It’s up to DirecTV to correct the issues with there streaming channel DirecTV Stream. Not Roku. Reach out to DirecTV

You cannot downgrade. DirecTV needs to update the DirecTV Stream channel
