Roku Express won't connect to Wifi after power outage

Hi all. I am having an issue with connecting to internet with my Roku Express after my power went out a couple of days ago. It will connect for a minute, and then disconnect and reconnect and continue the cycle. My Wifi works just fine on my phone and computer. I also bought another Roku and the same problem persists, so I don't think it's the Roku itself. I live in an apartment so all I have access to is a Ruckus Compact Switch, and I tried resetting that but nothing happened. Any advice? Thanks!

Also, the Roku was plugged into the wall and the TV was plugged into a power strip when the power went out for reference!

From what I see a Ruckus Compact Switch is strictly a wired device.  You must have a wireless access point (AP) somewhere.

Ah, thank you for that clarification! I'll call my internet provider and see if they can help me out.
