Roku Channel will not load

Will keep this short and concise.  The Roku Channel will NOT load. Have uninstalled, turned off, turned back on, reinstalled.  Have cleared the network connection cache.  Have unplugged roku box.  Plugged back in.  Done a system restart. Not working.  ONLY The Roku Channel.  All others work fine.  Please help. (I've animals to feed but So Hope to come back to find a solution from you. Thank you.

    We appreciate you for flagging this playback issue here. If you're still seeing the issue, we would recommend accessing it with an alternative network, like a mobile hotspot, and then trying again to see if that helps.

      Thank you for your response.  I have no idea what a 'mobile hotspot' is.  We have flip-phones and IT ignorance.  Thank you for taking the time though.

        It looks like we won't be able to use a mobile hotspot in this case. Just to clarify, a mobile hotspot is like a backup network that can be accessed with most modern mobile devices, like iOS and Android devices.

        We'd like to learn more about this issue going on. Please share with us the Roku device/TV model and the serial number you're having an issue with. We'll be able to assist you from there.

      The Roku Channel will not load or play any content. Other channels work fine. Netflix works fine.

      I have tried all the "fixes" restart, change network connections, update system, remove and add Roku Channel then restart again. Here is my information.

      • Roku device model: 2500X
      • serial number:18G34L023282
      • device ID:
      • software OS/version 9.1.0 BUILD 5009-03
      • IP address 192.168.1.2
      • does this issue occur on a specific channel? Roku Channel
      • version/build is the channel Version 2.5 Build 19
      • issue: once on the Roku Channel and selected any show, it will say "loading..." then play, but when play button or ok is pushed, it just goes back to "loading..." won't play
      • located - Wisconsin
      • ISP (internet service provider) SPECTRUM
