Roku 2 & YouTube Max Resolution

What is the max resolution that Roku 2 will stream YouTube videos to a HD1080 Display?  YouTube video's are not showing that 1080 is available ...  720p Max!

Whats the display type set to under the Roku settings (Settings->Display type)?

Thank you for your assistance!  Display type is 1080p HDCP 1.4
