Good news, take the following steps to resolve this issue. Perform a software update to get the latest software version.
Instructions to manually check for a software update:
- Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
- Scroll up or down and select Settings.
- Select System.
- Select System update.
- Select Check Now to manually check for updates.
- Restart your Roku device.
