Reelz subscription not working

I have an annual subscription to the Reelz channel app on Roku. My Roku account shows it renews in May 2022. When I select to launch the channel, it takes me to the app as if I'm not subscribed. If I try to hit the * button on my remote, I can Manage Subscription, shows my subscription is valid, but theres no option to remove the channel, only to cancel my subscription. The Reelz app has no login, etc. I'm stuck paying for a channel I can't use. In addition, I already checked for a channel update, and nothing.
