Having the same issue.  None of the channels on the ROKU channel are loading.  I am connected to the internet.

We understand that you are unable to stream the content through The Roku Channel. We are sorry for the inconvenience and would like to know what went wrong so that we can help you further and resolve the issue.

For us to better understand the issue you are experiencing, can you please provide us more information about the issue you are experiencing?

  • Is the Roku Channel the only streaming channel that has this issue on your device?
  • Have you tried rebooting it by removing the channel, restarting the device, and adding the channel?
  • Have you tried rebooting your wireless network to see if that resolves the issue you are experiencing?
  • Does connecting to a wireless Hotspot fix the issue?
  • Are you receiving error messages or codes when accessing the channel?

Once we have this information, we will be able to assist you further.
