I purchased a 3810CA yesterday. I have purchased three channels, those being Macedonia TV, Serbia TV, and Canada Entertainment. My subscription is active, and the channel installs onto my device. However, when I click to view the channel, it keeps asking me to purchase/activate the channel. I keep selecting activate/purchase, and it keeps looping. This is not a channel issue, because my friend with a Roku TV is able to load the same channels and they work for him. This is some kind of problem between my device/account and the activation of the channel not syncing. I have tried restarting the device and TV numerous times, but this is not working.
