We are having an issue with playback errors on our ROKU premiere, but with only a few apps. The ones that won't work on the ROKU are working just fine on other devices so we know they aren't the issue. We can't seem to find any help from any of the troubleshooting shoes and our ROKU premiere doesn't qualify for speaking with a real person. Does anyone have any advice? The person we spoke to at HULU took down the error messages from the roku home page but we aren't sure where to report it ourselves besides here. Thanks for any help you can provide. Can you please specify the issue you are seeing? What are the steps to reproduce the issue? Have you already tried removing the channel, restarting the device, then adding the channel back again?
