Peacock not opening or receiving an error once open

I have been having difficulty this week both opening peacock at all or receiving an error message saying peacock is not available once it finally does open. I have both a Roku streaming stick and streaming stick +. I have tried updating & restarting both devices. I also deleted peacock but when I try to add it back, I receive the following message:  No provider found. Press back to exit this screen. I am not having any trouble with any other channels, just Peacock. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Thanks for the post.

When removing the channel, are you making sure to restart your Roku device before adding the channel back again, specifically in that order?
