Peacock and Hulu will not play content

as of about 5 hours ago Peacock and Hulu app will not play content anyone else reported this and is it being fixed?  all other apps are fine

We understand that you're having issues with Peacock and Hulu channels. Could you try the following steps to resolve the issue?

  • Remove the channel >> Restart the device >> Add channel.
  • Update the channel by highlighting the app and pressing the star button on your remote.
  • Restart the router.

Having same problem with Hulu and Peacock on my Roku tvs. They do work on my computer and Kindle Fire.

I have having the same issue with both Hulu and Peacock on my Roku.

We recognize that you are having playback issues with the Peacock and Hulu channels, but no worries, we're here to give you assistance.

To troubleshoot your device, follow these steps:

  1. Press Home on your Roku remote
  2. Scroll and select Settings
  3. Select System
  4. Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
  5. Select System restart

Thank you Carly,

I took all those steps before posting which really is a waste of time if there is an outage at your level.  I then saw on Twitter about 10 hours after the issue that Roku is aware and fixing the problem.  It is now working .  It would be nice if there was an outage update on your site and check back. Rather than wondering if it's just an individual issue.

Yes. Only hulu and peacock are out. Everything else is good.
