Peacock Premium is not working for me

Im having the same issue as this subscriber. I can’t delete the channel - it doesn’t give me that option (other channels do). I tried the restart process but it made no difference - all the shows are locked and when I select one it asks me to subscribe then it says I’m already subscribed and then it says, “Hmm, we’re having trouble loading your subscription”
