Peacock App not showing up on device

I have installed the Peacock app from Roku.com but it is not showing up on my Roku device.  I have also tried to search and install from my Roku device and can’t find the app listed.  I have updated and restarted the device.  Any suggestions on how to get the app?

When you install from the website it adds the channel to your Roku account, but it still must be downloaded to your Roku device(s). Some of the newer channels were written to use the enhanced capabilities of more recent Roku models and can't be loaded on older less advanced models .

NBC says its NBC Peacock app for Roku was written by NBC to be compatible with the following Roku models :

(Check your model number via Roku menu path Settings > System > About)

Roku 2 (4210X model only)
Roku 3 & 4 (model 4200X or later)
Roku Streaming Stick (model 3600X or later)
Roku Express/Express+ (model 3900X or later)
Roku Premiere/Premiere+ (model 3920X or later)
Roku Ultra/Ultra LT (model 4640X or later)
Roku TV and Smart Soundbar (model 5000X or later)

Current as of October 20, 2021. Check the source listed below for updates.
(I think it's safe to assume that more recent models not yet listed by Paramount+ are supported)
