When using the Paramount+ or History Channel app on any of my devices, the channel drops out eight seconds before going to commercial for five seconds, then does the same thing as the commercial is ending before resuming the program. It happens with every show or movie we access through the Paramount+ and now History Channel app. I've tried resetting the Roku(s), ensuring the app is updated, and again, on multiple Roku products (Ultra and Express+ primarily). It is super annoying because we miss interesting parts of the dialogue right before the channel goes to commercial. This has been happening since Day One of us starting our Paramount+ subscription.
TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS COMPLETED:
* Please power cycle your Roku by unplugging the power from the wall and replug COMPLETED
* Have your device restarted, Home >Settings > System > System restart REDUNDANT AFTER THE POWER CYCLE, BUT DONE
* Navigate to Home > Settings > System >System update > Check now COMPLETED. I ALSO WENT DIRECTLY TO THE APP AND REQUESTED AN UPDATE CHECK, TOO.
STILL HAVE ISSUES WATCHING PROGRAMS ON THE PARAMOUNT+ APP

No need to shout. Roku does not develop 90% of the channels available. Paramount+ is developed by CBS Interactive. The History channel is developed by A&E Networks. So what ever is causing your issue is on there end. Maybe a temporary server hiccup. The History channel requires you to login with your TV provider credentials. You can ask those companies about your issue. I just watched Halo on my TCL Roku TV with no issues when a commercial pops up.

It doesn't look like you've stated that you removed the channel to see if the channel persists. Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more, specifically in that order.
Does this clear up the issue you are seeing? Please keep us posted what you find out.

It's not temporary, it's been happening for months, through system and channel updates, reloading the channel, and on multiple Roku units.
