Paid channel and not able to see it

They are charging my pay pal and I can not see the channel, it says that I have to renew my subscription, I tried to do it, and it doesn't let me. When I try to remove either the channel or the payment method it doesn't let me. I can't reach any customer support to see what is going on...what am I suposed to do??

Thanks for the post.

Can you please provide more information about the issue you are experiencing? What channel are you trying to access? Are you paying through Roku Pay or through the channel provider directly? What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

With more detailed information, I'll be able to assist you further.

Same happens to me. I payed for channel Hungary .. and keep asking for renewal.
