Hi, @lcBc
Greetings and welcome to the Roku Community.
We acknowledge your inquiry, and let's troubleshoot the issue you've encountered with an app. We recommend starting here to troubleshoot channel issues: Follow these steps in order:
1. Navigate to the channel tile on the Roku home screen, press the * key on your remote, and choose 'Remove channel'.
2. Next, restart your device from Settings > System > Power > System Restart (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step).
3. Once your player/TV starts up again, go to 'Streaming Channels' on the Home screen, and add the channel back once more.

Hi @Pamlarson7,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
We have verified multiple devices linked to your account. May we ask if this channel has issues on all devices? Also, kindly try to perform the correct sequence to reboot this channel by removing the channel, restarting the device, and adding the channel. You can also try to check for the channel's update by clicking the star (*) button on your remote.
Please let us know if this fixes the issue.
Regards,
Janadee

This doesn't work. I would like a subscription refund if I can't actually open the channel but I am being charged for it.
You should try watching OAN through KlowdTV. (owned by Herring Networks, which owns OAN, and is cheaper).
Go to OAN website, log-in to your account, and cancel your OAN subscription. That should allow you to remove OAN from your Roku device. https://live.oann.com/home.ktv
Then head over to KlowdTV website, create an account, and sign up for the OAN package deal. (2.50/month). https://www.klowdtv.com/packages.ktv
---
I have subscribed to KlowdTV previously and always worked fine. (You can also sign up for KlowdTV for the free plan to see how you like it and if it works for you, and then upgrade to the OAN package.) https://www.klowdtv.com/home.ktv
All of their paid plans comes with a 7-day free trial. (basically, a prorated, discounted month). This free trial is different than their free plan. Their free plan is entirely free.
It's on PLUTO
Pluto, Roku Channel, Plex, and others are showing OAN (Encore). These are past, recorded shows.
If you want the Live OAN, need to subscribe to OAN or use Klowd TV. KlowdTV carries both the free OAN Encore and the Live OAN.
I realize it is about a year and a half past the original post, but I may be able to shed some light on this. OAN retired their original Roku app a while back. This original app was billed through Roku. OAN replaced it with a new app called OAN Live that is billed directly by OAN. That allows you to stream OAN across other devices besides Roku if you so desire, with just one monthly subscription. OAN is also available on the KlowdTV streaming service, which has an app on Roku.
