No "Manage Subscription" on options menu

I wish to cancel my "Hulu" subscription 'cause I'm being charged $14.99/month for it and haven't used it for over a year... but when I follow the unsubscribe instructions in the "options menu" there is no "manage subscription" to select.  Please advise

Are you sure your subscription is through Roku and not directly with Hulu?  You should also be able to manage any Roku subscriptions at https://my.roku.com .  If you have more than one Roku device it's possible you have more than one Roku account, so check the email address on each one that's displayed under Settings->System->About.
