No longer able to stream local channels w my tv provider

Oh rep trying to reactivate but get error what’s going on have been using this for 2 years

Are there any recent changes on your Roku device, perhaps in the setup or settings, that might cause the problem? Does the issue only occur on a specific channel or all channels on your Roku device?
