Here’s the suggested solution:
- Restart your Roku device:
- Go to Settings > System > Power > System restart > Restart.
except I hve a 3900x - Roku Express and there is no Power call under System, there’s a system restart under system but it has not resolved the issue after several attemps

@DesertDweller53, only Roku TVs (actual TVs) receive local channels and have TV Inputs and not all Roku devices have Power settings. There's nothing wrong with your Express.

No Local channel for 3900x
Thanks for keeping us in the loop, @DesertDweller53!
I appreciate all the effort you’ve put into troubleshooting your device. I’d love to help you out with your issue.
Could you share a bit more information with me?
- What channels are missing?
- Where are you located?
- Is this for an antenna local channel or the Roku live TV guide?
Please note that for “over-the-air” broadcast television, the HDTV antenna must only be connected to the Antenna TV input on your Roku TV.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
Best,

Re: No Local channel for 3900x
Depending on your Roku model you'll find the "System restart" under "Settings > System > Power", or if you have no Power option, under "Settings > System".
