New YouTube TV issue on Roku TV - TCL platform - Intermittent glitch

About every minute to minute and a half, the stream glitches with a scrambled pic and sound.  This is new since after the last issue on YouTube TV.  Anyone else experiencing this?

Do you experience the same issue with the glitching if you access YoutubeTV through the regular Youtube Channel. (lower left corner).  If not, could just be the YoutubeTV Channel/app issue itself.
