New 65" Qm7 with Google TV. All other apps have installed and logged in without issue, including Hulu (which is owned by D+ I think).
D+ opens, takes me to the log in screen, I can enter my email and it'll proceed, but then never proceeds past the screen after I enter password/6 digit code/"proceed from another device on the network". It just keeps processing with the little dots like it's trying to read the password.
I've tried deleting and reinstalling with no luck. I've tried logging in with all 3 different methods with no luck.
Hi, @Jeff2cool31
Greetings, and welcome to the Roku Community.
To ensure we understand your concern correctly, you mentioned in your post that you've purchased a brand-new TCL TV with Google TV and are experiencing issues with Disney+ and Hulu. Could you please clarify if you have a Roku device connected to the TV and if your issues occur within the Roku platform?
If you are having issues with the apps on your TCL TV using the Google TV platform, we recommend reaching out to the Google support team for further assistance. Since the issue is related to their platform, they may be able to provide a workaround or an update to resolve the problem. You can refer to the following link for help: Google | Help.
Keep us posted if you have clarifications with your inquiry.
Best wishes,
Kash
