New Roku SS+ Says "Subscription Required" in search results when I have subscription s

I am trying to watch a new episode on TLC go but it says "this content is available to viewers who receive TLC as part of their pay TV subscription" and I do! But no where to reload that I have it on my spectrum subscription

For more information about that channel's content access and functionality, you'll want to contact TLC's customer support team to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
