Netflix ads interrupting prime video show!

Question

Does anyone know how I can’t stop Netflix from interrupting while I’m watching a show on Prime? I do not have or want Netflix! Last night, while watching Survivor, Netflix &nbsp;completely interjected into my screen….It was crazy. I finally shut off my tv and the Netflix and turned it back on! Seriously. I unplugged my tv at that point. Thanks…

The Netflix button on your remote may be stuck or misbehaving. Try taking the batteries out of the remote and using the mobile app as a remote. If the problem goes away, you'll know the remote is the problem.
