While our team is reviewing this issue, we also highly recommend reaching out to the channel provider themselves, as they are the ones who created, maintained, and updated their channel on the Roku streaming platform independently.

RedZone only airs on Sunday so I will have to wait to provide a picture. As far as the contact list there is only NFL Sunday Ticket, no just NFL. As I previously said, and others in related NFL app posts, there is no way to give the NFL direct feedback on this issue.

Also that list is outdated. I checked the NFL Sunday Ticket link and it goes to DirecTV. So that is useless.

Since my original post my Roku has updated to 12.5.0 Build 4178-C2. No change, same issue as before and in the pictures. I also once again removed the app, rebooted and reinstalled before taking those pics

Another Sunday and the NFL app is still not working. I provided all the info you requested and for over a week there has been no response. What is being done by Roku to have this app fixed for their customers?
