Since day 1 of my NBA Team Pass on Roku, the app has been a disaster. The very first game I tried to stream buffered to the last minutes of the game immediately, showing the score. I figured that as an anomaly.
The second game I watched, same thing, buffers to the last few minutes of the game showing the score on the stream.
I was able to stream a few full games. But that is it. One game said it will be available in 3 hrs to stream. 2 days later, still no stream option. The last 3 games, I only have the option to choose Highlights from the game (2 minutes) or I have the option to "Watch Full Game", only for it to stream a condensed version of the game (5 minutes).
I tried to stream another game from a few days ago, and it just shows "Game Over" for literally 2 hours of streaming.
I am assuming this is an NBA app issue and not a Roku issue. I would like to know if others are having this issue.
Hi @CannonL
Thank you for the inquiry!
Does the issue only occur on NBA or across other channels installed on your Roku device? Have you tried removing the affected channel and then re-install again? If not, we suggest starting there. In some cases, removing the affected channel and then re-installing it may help. Restart your device before re-adding the channel back in to ensure the process is successful. We recommend doing this through the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power (If there is no Power submenu, proceed to the next step.) > System restart.

Keep us posted if you have any further queries that we can assist with.
